You agree to notify 7laro immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 7laro accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
7laro reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such investigation, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted.
7laro accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP).
All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 7laro reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are subject to change at 7laro's discretion.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. 7laro reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours, while bank transfers may take one to three business days.
All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on 7laro are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion fees are applied by 7laro. Any conversion fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside 7laro's control and are your responsibility.
7laro is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations in the Philippines. 7laro reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where required by law. Players must not use the 7laro Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 7laro are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal request can be made. 7laro reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. 7laro's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 7laro account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7laro does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 7laro reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7laro's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
7laro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 7laro reasonably determines that:
Upon termination of your account for cause, 7laro reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including real-money funds and bonus funds, where such forfeiture is permitted by applicable law. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your 7laro account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
7laro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and 7laro, you agree to first contact 7laro's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 7laro will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 7laro from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests.
